A Taste of My Life

I am from New Lisbon, Wisconsin. I graduated from New Lisbon in 2014 and I still currently live there as well. I've defintiely become accustomed to the small town living! I started off my college career at UW-Madison. I was fortunate enough to be on the wrestling team there and was initially pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. With trying to wrestle and do school, I quickly realized I had no additional time to make money and school was very expensive. I transferred to UW-LaCrosse after 3 semesters in Madison and changed my major to Radiation Therapy. I also enlisted into the Wisconsin Air National Guard in 2015, so I had a pretty drastic change of scenery. That led to a deployment in 2017 and ended up landing me an IT job at Volk Field Air National Guard Base in 2018, where I currently work. All of these events led me to UW-Stout, where I am pursuing my Bachelor's in Information and Communication Technologies.

I am currently married and have been for about 2.5 years now to my wife Michaela. We recently just welcomed a new baby girl into the world on August 2 named Wren Patricia Pedersen. I also have a Golden Retriever named Ruby who is a little over 10 months old.
